Student Life Kids Camp Christian Summer Camps
You will receive access to your Participant List in an email sent mid-April (subject line “IMPORTANT Link to your Participant List”). Your participant list is due 14 before your camp.
BUS DRIVERS
You may house Bus Drivers with your group if they are included on the Participant List as adult leaders. If you do not want Bus Drivers rooming with students, please make hotel arrangements.
The “Quick Add” section will become a place to submit changes once the list has been locked. Remember, you can only add as space allows in your camp. Changes will be received by our team and will not be officially applied to your registration until we approve them.
In 2024, we will no longer ask you to return to your Participant List to assign attendees to rooms. Instead, you will give us roommate pairs and we will place those pairs into rooms for you!
➜When needed, we will combine pairs to fill larger rooms.
➜We will email you a copy of your assignments and you are welcome to make changes as needed.
➜If you have a lot of roommate changes, please reach back out to the staff who emailed your list so we can work with you on the best way to make those adjustments.
In this Example: Amanda, Evelyn, Joe and Henry would all be in the Same Life Group.
Amanda and Rebekah want to room together and if Student Life needs to put 4 people in a room, We would combine group A and B together (not mixing genders). If we have a room that sleeps 6, we would combine group A, B and C together.
