Large bunk style rooms of various sizes. Bunk rooms may be shared between groups. More details HERE
Bathrooms: Varies – Bathhouses in the bunkhouse area of camp. Most buildings with large bunk rooms have bathrooms in each large room area
Bed types: Mostly twin/Bunk beds. Some rooms have Queen size beds –we ask them to provide the queen size bedding
Buildings typically used: A variety of the bunk houses and lodges (lodges are also filled with bunk beds)
Linens: Bed linens & towels NOT provided for Twin size beds. We ask Trinity Pines to provide the Queen size bedding

Food Allergies: Trinity Pines not fulfilling all dietary restrictions. gluten free allergy, dairy, nut, vegetarian are the main ones they are accommodating for.

Extra Meals: They need to check in to the office and pay $10 day use and $8.50 per meal
Golf Carts: Trinity Pines does not have anything to do with the golf carts but there are a few companies around that will deliver on site. Steve’s Golf Cars is in Huntsville and Lake Livingston Golf Carts is in Onalaska. Both of those are neighboring towns. Golf Cars of Houston come from Conroe and Houston. Trinity Pine’s experience is that Lake Livingston is the best price and service.
Service Animals: Service animals for individuals with disabilities are welcome.

- Trinity Pines Packet of forms
- Participant Form: Must be scanned – SL needs a copy, TP needs a copy and we recommend the church keeps a copy
- Medication Form: The state of TX requires all medication be kept in a locked box for camps like ours. This form must be filled out and turned in with the medication to Trinity Pine’s camp nurse upon arrival (during check in)
- Transportation Form: only has to be filled out by the group leader. Print, sign, bring to camp to be turned into TP
- Church Agreement: once signed, print out a copy that comes to your email for TP
- Child Protection Training: Bring a printed completion certificate to turn into TP
Trinity Pines wants ALL of the forms they require to be printed (not scanned/emailed)

Trinity Pines offers a wide variety of housing options of varying sizes and styles, including cabins, group houses, motel style, and bunkhouses.*If you have a housing policy that does not allow for bed sharing between participants from your church, or large bunk room cabin sharing with other groups, please be aware that rooms at this location will be assigned to max occupancy to keep your cost per person as low as possible. Our recommendation for our churches that have these policies is to not register for this location.
